Legal
Acceptable Use Policy.
A short, plain statement of how this site and our services may be used — and the few things that are not allowed, so the service stays safe and open for everyone who uses it properly.
Acceptable Use Policy
Scope.
This policy applies to everyone who uses the SageTensor website and any related services. It forms part of, and is subject to, the Terms of Service . Where an engagement is in place, the engagement agreement may add further, specific acceptable-use terms.
Prohibited uses.
You agree not to do any of the following:
- Using the site or services for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringing anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or submitting content you do not have the right to share.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the site, its data, accounts, or the systems behind it.
- Probing, scanning, overloading, or testing the vulnerability of the site, or circumventing its security, rate-limiting, or anti-abuse controls (including the human-verification challenge), except as permitted under responsible disclosure below.
- Automated scraping, harvesting, or bulk collection of content, or submitting automated or fraudulent requests.
- Impersonating any person or organization, or misrepresenting your affiliation or authority.
- Submitting other people's confidential information, credentials, security keys, or regulated personal data without authority and a lawful basis.
- Using the site to develop or operate anything intended to cause harm, or in a high-risk setting where failure could threaten safety, without appropriate and lawful safeguards.
- Using the site or services in breach of sanctions or export-control laws.
Content standards for submissions.
When you describe a problem through a mandate, describe its shape, not its secrets. Do not include passwords, credentials, security keys, or regulated personal data, and only submit information you are authorized to share. There is no public file upload; a secure exchange is arranged later if an engagement proceeds. We may remove or refuse any submission that breaches this policy.
Security research and responsible disclosure.
We welcome reports of genuine security issues. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please tell us at security@sagetensor.com and give us a reasonable chance to address it before any public disclosure. While investigating in good faith, please:
- Only interact with accounts and data that are your own or clearly designated for testing.
- Do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data that is not yours, and do not degrade the service for others.
- Avoid privacy violations, data destruction, and any interruption of the service.
- Give us enough detail to reproduce the issue.
We will not pursue or support legal action against good-faith research that follows this policy. This is not a paid bug-bounty program, and it does not authorize testing of third-party services (such as our infrastructure provider), which have their own programs.
Enforcement.
We may investigate suspected breaches and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, restricting or suspending access, pausing mandate intake, and — where the law requires or permits — reporting to the authorities. We will use proportionate measures and prefer to warn before we restrict, except where an immediate response is needed to protect the service or other people.
Reporting abuse.
