Scope and language.
These policies are published in English and cover this website (currently served under the /en/ path) and SageTensor's dealings through it. SageTensor works with organizations internationally and honours applicable data-protection law — including the EU and UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended — regardless of where a visitor is located. Where a signed engagement agreement addresses a matter, that agreement governs the engagement.
